Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Team Leader to manage and work alongside our cleaning crew. This is a casual role with hours dependent on job demand - perfect for someone with flexibility, drive, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading cleaning teams on-site at residential and commercial properties
- Performing detailed end of lease and deep cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, ovens, windows, etc.)
- Quality checking work and managing job timelines
- Communicating with management and clients when necessary
- Training and guiding new team members
- Responding to job requests, often on short notice

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in end of lease, window, carpet, and oven cleaning
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding environments
- Someone reliable, flexible, and available at short notice
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driver’s licence and own transport preferred

Pay: From $31.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- No weekends
- On call
- Rotating roster
