**The Role**
- Provide full administrative support and campaign coordination for our media sales team.
- Ensuring basic administrative tasks are delivered to a high standard with quality results,
- Creating sales schedules for TV and Digital and assisting in putting together sales proposals, presentations, spreadsheets and documents for clients and media agencies and preparing weekly revenue reports,
- Managing TV and Online sales bookings, liaising with clients, and media agencies regarding bookings and schedule times, and maintaining appropriate files/records.
- Developing media schedules, responding to client briefs in consultation with the Sales Executive, attending meetings and identifying revenue opportunities
- Helping to build and reinforce our strong relationships with our clients and media agencies through your excellent customer service.

**About you**
- The ability to create outstanding work using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and also learn new software packages,
- Well organised with a detail oriented outlook who completes tasks consistently to a high standard,
- A confident presenter with well-developed written and verbal communication skills,
- Demonstrated ability and experience in balancing competing priorities and delivering results,
- Well developed customer service skills, with the ability to remain flexible in a demanding deadline driven environment.
