This is a highly rewarding but challenging opportunity for a **Sales Technical Support Draftsperson** to join our dynamic Inner Urban High End Knock Down Rebuild team in Mount Waverley.

Ensure that all sales documentation is submitted complete, in the required format and in compliance with company guidelines to enable efficient production and customer service.

Reporting to the Group Drafting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide pre-deposit sketches and enhancements that will assist the consultant in closing the sale
- Provide assistance to the sales team to secure new sales by suggesting efficient solutions to help the customer get what they want within our variation guidelines
- Review all designs / documentation provided by the sales team to ensure it is clear and complete, and resolve any anomalies with the relevant Sales Consultant or Manager before sale acceptance
- Ensure that all sales documentation passed to the Sales Operations team can be worked on efficiently with no further clarification needed, and that it reflects the exact requirements of the customer; and
- Identify repetitive requests for product variations and recommend development of standardised options to efficiently address frequently requested changes.

- Ideally a Diploma of Building Design & Drafting (or equivalent);
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Australian Residential Drafting
- Design ability required to be successful in this position
- Pro-active approach to problem solving and confidence in decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people; and
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
