Are you an experienced and highly organised Account Manager? If yes, we would love to meet you With a passion for everything digital marketing, you have great project management skills, and are on top of the latest social media trends to add value to our range of building and design clients.

Working as part of our passionate content team who report to the Marketing Manager, you will help oversee the creation and management of all digital content. With brand top of mind, everything you do communicates what’s at the very heart of our client’s business.

**You’ll be responsible for**:
**Account Management (50%)**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts across the entire digital marketing mix
- Internal coordination of workflow to deliver marketing strategies that meets client needs
- Manage a suite of freelancers to ensure client timelines and internal milestones are met with thorough planning and scheduling.
- Work with and maintain client’s content libraries
- Work with various digital platforms as required for clients, existing platforms include Hubspot, Mailchimp, Trello, Buffer, and Loomly

**Content development for a range of building and architecture clients (40%)**:

- Be on top of daily client requests to create compelling social media posts and scheduling into buffer and loomly
- Confident using canva and has a good eye for design
- Confident copywriter with ability to whip up social media captions and select imagery for an eye-catching social feed
- Co-ordinate monthly content into newsletter using mailchimp and Hubspot
- Collaborate with the content team and our wonderful building clients to develop annual plans based on client objectives, goals and future plans.

**Analysing & Reporting (10%)**:

- Analyse and interpret data from Instagram and Facebook Insights and Google analytics to create succinct monthly reports for clients
- Track performance and make recommendations to keep on improving client KPIs
