We are currently seeking a motivated Town Planner to join our high-performing Brisbane Planning Team. About the Role
We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Town Planner, with up to 3 years experience. You will be exposed to a variety of project types and have the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams, with support from an exceptional team of other Town Planners, Senior Planners and Principals. You will receive support for professional development and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

· Undertake site investigations and planning assessments

· Assist in feasibility studies

· Prepare Town Planning advice

· Prepare lodge and manage development applications

· Liaise with local and State Government agencies

· Communicate with internal and other external stakeholders

· Provide assistance to our Senior and Principal Town Planners

What We're Looking For

· Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning (or equivalent)

· Demonstrated interest in planning through coursework, placements or related experience

· Up to 3 years' experience in development assessment or statutory planning

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A proactive attitude

· Ability to work within a team

· Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
