**General Manager - Vibrant Hotel in Geelong**

**$160K-$190K**

We do an Australian wide search for a high-energy, dynamic leader ready to take the reins of a premier hotel in Geelong. We're seeking an enthusiastic General Manager to oversee the entire complex and spearhead its further development.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both sales and operations, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction across all areas, including the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage offerings. A passion for staff management and community engagement is crucial, as you'll be fostering a positive, motivated team culture while strengthening relationships with the local community.
