**The Role**

An opportunity exists for a Moulding Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for producing moulded components consistent with budgetary, quality, safety, and performance standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet production requirements according to agreed parameters and key performance indicators including effective waste management
- Assist in development and monitoring key performance indicators
- Provide technical assistance and support for R&D/Engineering projects
- Ensure all product complies with company standards through measuring, testing, using Statistical Process Control, and keeping adequate records
- Improve process control to guarantee product meets specifications
- Liaise with Production Manager and vendors as required for modifications or major maintenance to tooling and process equipment
- Assist in creation of Preventative Maintenance program and carry out basic maintenance accordingly

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant production experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of safe working practices
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal day to day instructions or as part of a team
- Must have a valid forklift license
