**About the role**
- Monitor and report patron behaviour within the venue precinct
- Working closely with bar supervisors, front of house Supervisors, security and management you will attend reported disturbances of intoxication
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures and legislative requirements relating to alcohol management

**About You**
- You will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or as a Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills - clear and concise verbal communication is the key to success
- The ability to confidently make quick decisions, regarding difficult behaviour in a diplomatic manner
- The ability to maintain composure in a busy, loud and fast paced environment

**MUST HAVE - **Current Approved Manager Licence (52735WA Course in Management of Licensed Premises) is essential

RAC Arena is the home of live entertainment in Western Australia. Located in the heart of the Perth CBD, we play host to the world's best live music, sport, family, and comedy.

Since opening our doors in 2012, the Arena has attracted the world's greatest entertainers including The Rolling Stones, Serena Williams, Oprah, and Jerry Seinfeld. Home of the Perth Wildcats, West Coast Fever and ATP Cup, we're never far from the on-court action.

ASM Global Asia Pacific operates a network of venues in locations including Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Darwin, Cairns, Newcastle, Christchurch, Kuala Lumpur, China, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

Working in the venue and event industry means supporting the delivery of events across our event calendar. This means that weekend, evening and public holiday work will be required. We have lodged this role on our own site as we are managing this project directly. No recruitment agencies please.
