We are looking for our next Logistics Assistant team member to join our team at the Carole Park warehouse
This is a Full time, permanent position.
This is an entry level position.
Shift times
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Processing, allocating and invoicing orders;
- Liaising with relevant personnel for the delivery of orders;
- Liaising with sales department for deals and offers;
- Assisting with the booking of transport companies;
- Running and analyzing supply-chain related reports
- Pallets control management
- Containers and local delivery co-ordinations
- Confident to communicate with both internal and external parties
- Filing and general office duties;
- Other duties as required from time to time by the Manager.

To be successful you will need
- Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia
- Chinese speaking is preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must)
- A current driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- A great eye for detail and customer service skills
- Proven experience working in an Administrative Assistant role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential
