**The Organisation**
Our client is a market leading organisation within Melbourne's Western suburbs, that has culture at the forefront of their minds; who are looking to onboard an Accounts Payable Officer on a full time basis. Our client is seeking a strong willed, highly motivated individual to join their accounts team.

**The Responsibilities**
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not limited to:

- Processing invoices
- Supplier queries and concerns
- Raising and matching purchase orders
- Dealing within the Accounts Payable inbox
- Assisting with the other administration and account duties
- Has previous Accounts Payable experience throughout the duration of their career
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with stakeholders
- Clear written and communication skills
