This role is for a **Content Creator **who lives and breathes social media to be based in our Australian office. We’re after someone who has the ability to think creatively, run the company’s social media channels in coordination with the Operations Manager, develop engaging social media content and able to carry out tasks.

To be successful you should be outcome outcome-orientated with proven ability to drive social media objectives and have a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices.

**Main Duties**:

- Planning, developing and executing Social Media strategies in close coordination with the operations manager.
- Uploading/scheduling unique and engaging posts and videos to the company’s Social Media channels.
- Creating high-quality Social Media and web content including:

- Graphic design creation using a range of programs.
- Video content creation and editing.
- Images and Media for E-commerce.
- Generating copy for posts.
- Working across the company including other departments and our international partners to come up with creative content.
- Understanding and reporting on the analytics for Social Media posts.
- Website SEO management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Growing the company’s online presence and brand awareness by:

- Building strong relationships with our online community.
- Working with influencers to further grow our brand.
- Promoting products, implementing sales, updating our community on events etc.

**Requirements, skills and experience**:

- Video Editing on Adobe Premier Pro or equivalent.
- Graphic design using Photoshop or equivalent, other than Canva.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication.
- Skilled at taking photos.
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content.
- Outcome-orientated with a proven ability to drive Social Media objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail.
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work independently.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Is a “do-er” and can show a portfolio of related work they have done so far.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
