We are seeking a highly experienced Cafe Manager that will play a vital role in driving the success of the cafe. This full-time position will see you building and leading a passionate team of hospitality professionals.

The role and responsibilities:

- Managing the daily operations of the cafe, including overseeing staff, managing the roster, ordering with suppliers and managing inventories
- Ensuring all OH&S and hygiene compliance is achieved and adheres to safe work practices
- Planning menus in consultation with the Head Chef
- Planning and organising off-site functions and catering events
- Maintaining stock level records and financial transactions
- Ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation; and meeting health and safety regulations
- Coaching and training the front of house team to continually improve their skills and knowledge
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our regular clientele

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Cafe Manager and Head Barista
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Good organisation skills, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for the next day's/week's service
- Attention to detail, clean, and with great time management skills
- Be a team player and understand the importance of a strong customer centric team culture
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Driver's Licence and own vehicle preferred
- Full weekend availability and flexibilty is a must

Opening Hours: 6am - 3pm - 7 Days

**Salary**: $73,000 - 75,000 p.a + super

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (required)
- Barista: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
