We are a reputable and established financial advisory practice seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team and assist in launching our lending division.

In addition to our substantial existing client base, we have partnerships with various accounting and financial planning practices across Australia that will be leveraged to build this business.

Our client base is significant and varied which will require you to have experience working with SME’s, white collar, blue collar and SMSF’s.

Whilst we will provide you with prospects from our existing client base your ability to bring in clients yourself will be valued and rewarded appropriately.

You will be working closely with our directors to grow the business and build strong relationships with our financial planning and risk advice team to ensure our lending offering is optimised. You will also collaborate with our administration support team to ensure they provide the best possible support for you.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

- Proactively work through our existing client base and consider strategies to increase referrals from our existing client base and partners
- Conduct fact-find interviews to understand client needs and help them achieve their financial goals
- Ensure you are always looking after the clients' best interests, providing a seamless journey throughout in line with industry leading service.
- Keep up to date with bank guidelines, regulations and industry compliance requirements.
- Lead, manage and train a team of support staff to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service and advice
- Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence and referral partners

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience as a mortgage broker with proven experience in settling $3+ million per month. Excellent communication and written ability are a must, along with the ability to think outside the box and remain proactive.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
