We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant with in-depth expertise across Microsoft Azure, including Landing Zones, networking, governance, and infrastructure as code. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong business consulting capabilities to deliver enterprise-scale Azure solutions that align with client strategy and drive business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping cloud adoption journeys, and leading complex transformations across various industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Azure architectures, focusing on scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Deliver Azure Landing Zones, network topology designs, and governance models in alignment with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
- Define and implement strategies for infrastructure automation using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess current environments, define cloud strategies, and build Azure migration and modernization roadmaps.
- Guide clients on hybrid cloud, network connectivity, and security practices within Azure.
- Provide technical leadership across pre-sales, discovery, architecture design, and hands-on deployment.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate the value of cloud transformation to C-level stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Technology consulting with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering Azure Landing Zones, governance, policy management, and role-based access control.
- Deep understanding of Azure networking.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong grasp of cloud security, cost management, identity (Azure AD), and monitoring (Log Analytics, Azure Monitor).
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business analysis skills.
- Experience working within Defence or Federal government.
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or DevOps Engineer Expert are highly desirable.
