The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide a critical role within Corporate Services and Infrastructure.
**About the Business Unit**
**About the Role**
The ICT Release Manager enhances execution of the Agile Release train against plans and objectives, defining Program Increment (PI) plans, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching and active contribution to Release and environment best practice.
The role also facilitates and fosters the preparation of release and sprint vision, goals, and work pipelines and coordinate the Release to Production process and its corresponding guardrails with relevant stakeholders.
Some of your duties will include:
- Enhancing deployment and management phases of the development lifecycle.
- Facilitating and fostering the preparation of release and sprint vision, goals, and work pipelines.
- Leading and managing project planning, including business requirements, forecasting, budget, planning, and governance ensuring projects are aligned with business priorities.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Expert level knowledge and proficiency with scaled Agile tools and methodologies spanning value stream, portfolio, programme and team levels.
- Experience of technical release governance.
- Knowledge on Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Service Now - Change Management tooling and Salesforce CRM
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
