**Holiday Rental Manager**

Venus Bay Short Stays currently manages over 100 holiday rental properties in Venus Bay and surrounds. We are undertaking an exciting new phase of growth in the area and are looking for a **Holiday Rental Manager** to take control of the current listings and expand the business.

Working initially (and primarily) from our Venus Bay office, there will be some weekend hours required, and may require on call time as well.

**_Responsibilities of the Position_**
- Business Development - sourcing, appraising and onboarding new business
- Improving processes; listings, owner information and education, bookings process
- Increasing nights booked through revenue management tools
- Building relationships with clients and contractors
- Building business opportunities in new areas
- Maintaining listings
- Maintaining quality in properties
- Managing bookings and in-house guests (with support)
- Optimising booking platform
- Management of contractors and work orders

**_What We Are Looking For_**
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with online booking sites (ie. Stayz, Air Bnb)
- Current driver’s license
- Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- An eye for detail
- Initiative
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously

**Salary**: $42,091.06 - $60,000.00 per year
