About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to join one of Byron Bay's most established and people-focused real estate teams.

You'll step into a well-maintained portfolio and be backed by a supportive, experienced team that values professionalism, balance, and a great culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full end-to-end management of a residential portfolio
  • Lease renewals and tenant sign-ups
  • Advertising and marketing of rental properties
  • Conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Rental appraisals and rent reviews
  • After -hours phone

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act
  • Experience with Property Tree, Inspection Express, VaultRE, Gmail & Inspect Real Estate (preferred)
  • Current NSW Real Estate License or Assistant Agent Certificate
  • Valid NSW driver's license
  • Local knowledge of Byron Bay and surrounding areas
  • Positive attitude and likes working in a cooperative and team based environment
