**The opportunity**
The Quality Coach is responsible for providing technical skills coaching to consultants, to uplift the quality experience for advisers and clients on the North Platform.
**How you will make an impact**:
- Review feedback and coaching in a timely manner to enhance service the competency of NSC team members
- Support the NSC leaders to improve the knowledge, quality, and performance of their teams in order to uplift and exceed adviser and customer expectations
- Take ownership of queries and complaints from the point of escalation by team members through to resolution
- Support induction and ongoing training/coaching of NSC team members via informal training, formal training and coaching meetings
- Work with NSC Leaders and other relevant stakeholders to develop and improve service centre processes and procedures
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Experience within platforms, superannuation, financial advice or managed funds
- Knowledge of the North platform and understanding of share market, financial planning concepts, financial markets and investment assets
- Strong coaching, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage own workload to meet targets and provide a quality level of service
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills along with a proactive approach to achieve outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
