Their mission is to bring affordable tiles and good design to renovators right across Australia. **And this is your opportunity to join the incredibly vibrant team as a Design/Sales Consultant** **Who are you?** In addition to having 3+ years' experience in sales in home renovations, a tile centre or a similar solution-selling role, would people describe you as... - Self-confident and intelligent - You've got commercial 'smarts' - A doer - with vast resources of energy and a switched-on problem solver - Diplomatically assertive - Sociable... but you get on with the job too - responsible to see a task through to completion - You love a good sales process - Glass-half-full - but not blindly optimistic - A confident decision-maker - Comfortable being held accountable for delivering results - A natural leader who takes the initiative - Having a balanced view of the world, calling on facts while also using your intuition - Willing to learn and ask questions If yes... and you also have a touch of design or creative flair, we should speak **The role?** **First and foremost - it's a sales role. **It's a gentle sell though, where you encourage, guide and give customers a sense of reassurance. Your day will see you working from the beautiful showroom in Rosebery, conducting online "Design Consultations". These will have been pre-booked for you. **There's no cold calling here**. You'll be using state-of-the-art online presentation tools. You'll engage the renovator in a great conversation to get to know them, their aspirations and concerns and then assist them identifying the best tile combinations for their future rooms. From there, TileCloud's unique service sees samples of the tiles you both picked, sent to their home where they can see them, in place, not just online or as a picture... throughout the day in different light. You'll actively follow them up... ultimately resulting in getting them to place an order.
