About the Role

AGL’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) team manages sales and relationships to AGL’s large business and commercial customers. The team comprises of East and West coast Australian electricity and gas retail businesses and a national Sustainable Business Energy Solutions business that is the market leader in commercial solar and other sustainable energy solutions.

Sitting within the C&I Product, Strategy and New Technology team, the Go-To-Market Manager will lead delivery of go-to-market activities for C&I customers.

What you’ll be doing- Lead the delivery of the overall Go-to-Market (GTM) Plan for C&I customers. Manage the coordination of all workstreams involved in go-to-market activities and customer lifecycle management including strategy, product, marketing, content, digital, sales, service, legal, regs, project delivery streams across customer sales, service and experience and technology development.- Defining and executing the E2E Customer Experience journey for customers. Leading definition of what an
- _integrated _E2E Customer Experience journey looks like for C&I customers. And collaborating with teams across marketing, product, sales and support to define an agreed strategy, outline key principles to follow and detailed customer experience requirements.- Coordinate with Sales on relevant customer surveys and methods for capture of customer feedback to assist and improve the customer experience and product offer.- Provide change management leadership as required depending on the initiative.- Act as the primary interface between the C&I Customers team and teams responsible for AGL’s external presence and content amplification. These include marketing, brand, digital, communications, media relationships, and sponsorships.- Drive delivery of the GSD (Get Stuff Done) Program in C&I Customers by supporting Initiative Owners of strategic C&I initiatives through monthly reporting, coordinating quarterly strategic reviews of the program, and providing ad-hoc project support to initiatives where agreed with leadership.

About you

To be successful, you’ll have demonstrated the following attributed:
- You’re a natural project manager, communicator and persuasive storyteller - can speak the language of sales, marketing, operations and have a track record of working in cross-functional teams.- You are action-orientated and driven to implement with experience in project coordination/management including engaging colleagues from multiple areas of the business and driving toward a collective outcome.- You roll up your sleeves. You thrive on being in the middle of a cross-functional team, wearing lots of hats and doing whatever it takes to help your team and the business succeed. You love data (both qualitative and quantitative) and can turn insights into actions. You feel at home when using data to make decisions—whether that’s analytics, user research, survey feedback, or in-person user testing.- You have a structured process to problem-solving and can take a problem—with many moving parts—and break it down into small achievable actions.- You have a keen interest in the energy sector and decarbonisation evidenced through educational background, work experience, or self-driven learning opportunities.- Experience in a GTM/Marketing preferred.- Experience in a B2B sales organisation highly regarded.
