Excellent opportunity for a Finance Analyst
- (Settlements), to join a large organisation for a 3 month duration with option to move into a permanent position based in Melbourne CBD.

You will work closely with the Finance Services division Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate recording of portfolio management and development settlements and financial transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Stakeholders engagement will include but not limited to Legal team, contracts administrators, conveyancers, sales managers, upgrade teams and within the Settlements team
- Settlement processing, calculations and journals processing
- BAS reviews
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Identify solutions to issues that are generally defined (but not always immediately evident) and require problem-solving.
- You will be supporting a geographic region.

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications which include CA or CPA qualifications.
- At least 3 years' experience in contract administration, financial reporting, financial planning & analytics, or a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting.
- Ability to build cooperative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial information.
- Ability to work from office one to 2 days per week.

**Desirable**:

- Used IT Applications in Oracle Suite and an Online Legal Conveyancing system
- Experience in Property industry.
