**Role Overview**:
As the Assistant Development Manager, you will become an integral part of our client's dynamic development team. Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, supporting every stage of industrial property projects. From initial concept to the final touches, you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the development team to strategize, coordinate, and oversee industrial property projects.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies, meticulous site assessments, and rigorous due diligence activities.
- Play a pivotal role in project budgeting, precise cost estimation, and insightful financial analysis.
- Foster productive partnerships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other external collaborators to facilitate project progress.
- Meticulously maintain project documentation, curate impactful reports, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Uphold meticulous oversight of project schedules, ensuring alignment with critical milestones.
- Contribute to risk management efforts, proactively implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Participate in vital stakeholder meetings, providing updates and valuable insights on project advancements.
- Work collaboratively with the development team, driving projects towards their objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A demonstrated track record (2+ years) in an Assistant Development Manager role within the industrial property sector.
- A deep-rooted understanding of property development processes, spanning feasibility assessments, design, regulatory approvals, and construction.
- Exemplary project management skills coupled with a penchant for organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A results-oriented approach characterized by meticulous attention to detail.
