They serve the residential & commercial markets with the very best in Hot Water Heat Pump and other energy related products such as; solar, HVAC, lighting, refrigerated display cabinets, and a range of other energy efficient solutions & products.

**The position**

This is role is in Sales and Business Development working in Field Sales within the B2B landscape dealing with SME's, businesses, industrial, companies and any potential business customer.

Businesses can save 30% - 50% on their energy costs for Hot Water by upgrading their Hot Water Heat Pump which is at NO COST (free) to the business through the Federal Energy Program. This is the segment you are working in and selling for.

**Your duties will be**:

- Dealing with SME's, businesses, corporations and commercial clients
- Offering clients a no cost / free solution to save 30%-50% on their energy costs for hot water a refrigeration
- Representing the suite of Hot Water Heat Pumps & Refrigeration
- Prospecting and identifying customers in the target markets, prospecting in field door to door
- Working out in the field and on the road most of the time
- Mainly liaising with clients face to face in meetings and appointments
- Generating new customer sales and orders
- Customers could be; retail shops, strata, apartments, shopping centres, schools, gyms, pubs & clubs, hotels, office blocks and any facility that use hot water or refrigeration

**The experience needed**

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in business, consumer or field sales, if you come from field sales that is and advantage. Outside of that, this is a role that will be hired on attitude and characteristics.

Key areas of experience are:

- Sales experience in B2B or B2C
- Have a knack for Sales and Selling
- Engaging attitude and energy
- Ability to build rapport & connections with customers
- Ability to work in field with prospects & customers
- Ability to find customers and clients
- Can work autonomously
- Prosect the SME market in field D2D
- Posses self drive and motivation
- Relationship management skills
- Other industry examples buzz words could be; insurance, energy, electricity, finance, door to door, D2D, merchant payments, pos, capital equipment, saas - anything... just as long as it is Sales related.
