**Finance and Procurement Platform Owner**:
**Full-time, Brisbane based role with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week. **_Due to the stakeholders involved, this role cannot be performed from another city._**

**What you’ll be doing**
The objective of the Finance and Procurement Platform Owner role is to champion Finance and Procurement systems, ensuring they are adequately supported and governed and meet business needs. You will partner with business, IT and vendor stakeholders to drive improvements and resolve complex issues as they arise. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is highly advantageous.
The work will involve a mix of stakeholder management, vendor management, delivering small system enhancement initiatives and business solutions, all whilst being a part of the dynamic, inclusive and vibrant Technology department. To succeed, you will be flexible in your approach, be able to prioritise and handle the dynamic changes of the industry and build sustainable business and internal IT relationships.
- The Finance & Procurement Platform Owner role will be responsible for all relevant technology related to the Finance division. This includes, but is not limited to knowledge of:
- Oracle ERP Cloud (ERP Cloud, Procurement Cloud, EPM
- Other finance/procurement systems including (but not limited to) treasury management, revenue management, cost reconciliation, and other ancillary systems
- Integrations between finance/procurement and other systems (functional)
- End to end Finance and Procurement processes
- Meet regularly with your allocated division’s relevant leaders and teams, to understand their current and future business needs and translate these into technology requirements and solutions (current and roadmap)
- Work with your allocated divisions and technology support teams to quickly identify the cause of complex issues, assist with workarounds and resolution
- Build and maintain regular positive engagement with vendors and technology providers to develop successful working relationships that contribute to the effectiveness of your allocated divisions system support.
- Ensure compliance and governance standards are adhered to.
Specifically as the **Oracle ERP Cloud Platform** owner you will:
- Manage and maintain relationship with 3rd party support partner.
- Oversee outsourced support function for ERP/EPM:
- Ensure vendor meets all agreed service delivery levels
- Ensure vendor has sufficient governance in place
- Ensure vendor delivers all contracted services to expected quality
- Incident Management escalation point for business / IT and work to resolve an issues.
**You’ll be great in this role if you**
- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Procurement or Information Systems, or equivalent experience in these functions
- 5+ years supporting Finance and/or Procurement systems.
- Oracle Cloud ERP platform experience (Finance or Procurement)
- Demonstrated experience in managing an outsourced Finance/Procurement support function
- Demonstrated experience with understanding and analysing business issues and translating them into business requirements and then into system solutions
- Experience supporting your allocated divisions systems in a large organisation
- Track record of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and delivering effective change
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of IT governance and systems including integrations and impacts
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence all stakeholders including managers and vendors (onshore and offshore)
- **You are based in Brisbane or you are willing to relocate to Brisbane**
