**Who we are**

Throughout the past 30 years the Migomag brand has become renowned for a wide range of welding machines and welding consumables. Migomag Welding Supplies operate throughout Australia and New Zealand via a network of Migomag Weld Centre's including two retail outlets in Brooklyn (Melbourne) and Geelong. Migomag is a division of Coregas/Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety (WIS).

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we're looking for a self-motivated and safety-focused team player to join the team in a **Internal Sales** role and help us achieve our goals.

**What you will be doing**
- Providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maximising sales opportunities.
- Merchandising the showroom to a high standard and restocking shelves
- Undertaking stocktakes, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Identifying stock or products that are slow moving
- Monitoring and actioning back-order reports daily
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy showroom at all times
- Stock replenishment ordering
- Administration tasks as required.

**What we need from you**
- Demonstrated experienced in a retail, sales or customer service environment, ideally from a trades/industrial background.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated ability of working safely, being accountable, acting ethically, and treating everyone with respect
- A flexible can-do attitude and ability to adapt
- Demonstrated ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
- Ability to undertake accurate stock counts and maintain high attention to detail
- Good computer skills and experience using POS systems.
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be on your feet most of the day.

A background or interested in the industrial and/or welding industry is highly desirable. A driver's license and forklift license would also be beneficial.
