**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic **Sales Team Member** based in our **Ormeau **head office. This position involves working as part of our collaborative **Internal Sales team** - reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.

This is a **full time** role - working Monday to Friday.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
- Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Collaborate with team members, other stores; departments and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Desirable - experience in the building or construction industry
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Strong and stable record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
