**Are you a high-energy sales gun who loves fitness and chasing goals?**
We’re expanding our Personal Training studios and looking for **2 driven Sales Representatives** to join us for a **30-day paid trial** to help boost weekly revenue and lead generation.

At the end of the 30 days, the **top performer wins a permanent role** and long-term earning potential.

About the Role:
We’re aiming to **grow by at least 3 new personal training sessions per week**, factoring in a natural drop-off of around 2 sessions per week. We need confident and motivated people who can help us **generate leads, close sales, and support our Sales Manager, Vanessa**, to hit and exceed revenue targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Calling, texting, and messaging leads (studio-provided + self-generated)
- Booking free consultations and converting them into memberships
- Following up with past clients, trials, and referrals
- Supporting local marketing efforts both online and on the ground
- Meeting weekly sales goals and reporting progress to the Sales Manager

Who You Are:

- Sales experience in fitness, health, retail, or telemarketing preferred (but not required)
- Confident on the phone and face-to-face
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
- Available to work flexible hours across weekdays and weekends

30-Day KPI:

- Target**:3+ new sessions booked per week**:

- Weekly check-ins and performance tracking
- The rep with the **most sessions sold** by the end of the trial is offered a **long-term sales role**
