About the Role:
MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst with strong written knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL. In this role, you will develop, diagnose, and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code and SQL queries, leveraging your understanding of core business functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain experience in a corporate software environment and who has been exposed to customer support functions. As part of our Client Support team, you will engage with a diverse client base, analyse complex software issues, and contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely support for MRI Software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PL/SQL code and SQL queries.
- Analyse complex software scenarios and deliver effective solutions or workarounds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, diagnostics, and resolutions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to support a broad portfolio of clients in financial and property management sectors.
- Deliver an exceptional support experience with empathy, technical insight, and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and curious approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts confidently and clearly.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Previous exposure to a customer support or help desk environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for learning and growing within a corporate technology setting.
- experience with Oracle PL/SQL is highly regarded
