**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Sales Success Partner, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our sales team and enhancing customer outcomes through:

- Coordinating account activities, including rate reviews, contract renewals, tenders, and reporting
- Creating and delivering accurate performance reports (DIFOT, KPIs) to stakeholders
- Managing service escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Maintaining customer data and contact hierarchies in Salesforce CRM
- Supporting onboarding and service requests, such as redirections and returns
- Collaborating on performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- Ensuring rate and charge accuracy across internal systemsIdentifying opportunities to improve reporting and support processes

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
- Understanding of transport/logistics operations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
