**About the role**:
As the Retirement Living Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day asset management and operation of the villages with a purpose to create connected, supportive and vibrant communities. You will ensure resident satisfaction, initiate events, and network with current and potential residents. Additionally, you will monitor and review asset and village compliance in relation to the Retirement Villages Act, respect policies and procedures, manage the village budget, and create a culture of inclusivity, support, growth, and positivity.

**About you**:
You should have a relevant tertiary qualification or senior experience relevant to service delivery, care management, health aged care, and/or human services. You should have the ability to promote and guide the implementation of business improvements, manage competing priorities, have strong attention to detail, possess high-level written communication skills, and have strong customer service experience.
