**The Opportunity**

This is a **permanent part-time opportunity working 50 hours a fortnight.** Ideally, we're looking for someone to join the team across four days/week but we're open for the right person If you're looking for a new career, want to keep busy or want a trades role that is highly customer/resident-facing, this is for you

**You will**
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
- Please note - this is not a gardening role, we have that covered

**What you will bring**
- Experience in General Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles or trade experience (highly desired)
- A warm & friendly personality with an interest to make a difference every day
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
