**About the role**:
As part of a Project Team you will provide technical, administrative and project delivery support to the team in the delivery of land access; including the approvals, tenure acquisition and stakeholder component of Powerlink’s Regulated and Non-Regulated projects.

You will play a vital role in enabling and supporting Powerlink in delivering best practice services and outcomes for our customers, land owners, stakeholders and Queensland communities. The Property team is critical in enabling the development and execution of new projects while also ensuring the optimal management of property for our existing infrastructure

This role will assist with preliminary project investigations and provide project management support, including scope, technical analysis of corridors and new sites, cost and time reporting and utilisation of systems as key management tools

**About you**:
The experience and skills of people we’re looking span a broad range of industries and experiences. Qualifications in any of the following areas would support your success in the role; business, property or project management or a technical field such as engineering, survey or land management.

- Property and land acquisition
- Tenure and Approvals
- Legal, Planning and Land Valuation
- Surveyors
- Rural Land, Property or Stock Agent
- Telecommunication and Water Infrastructure (NBN etc.)
- Road, Rail or Transport infrastructure
- Community Projects and Civil Council Works
- Industry Liaison
- LV or HV electrical transmission
