We're looking for experienced **_Personal Care Assistants_** to join our caring team on a**_ casual basis, _**with multiple opportunities available.

**The Position**:The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing competent personal care, support and assistance to all residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
- Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
- Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN.
- Check residents daily menu requirements.
- Attend to duties as allocated and or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
- Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in residential aged care.
