They have an exceptional national service base with branches in all major states, a well-positioned organisation who continue to see significant market growth. **About the role** Reporting to the GM of Sales and working closing with the CEO, this business-critical leadership role will see the Head of Business Development lead the efforts of the National Strategic Business Development function. You will set and execute a robust national business development plan, identify, and build a pipeline of targeted strategic accounts, network up to C-suite level, coach, train, support and develop the business develop team, negotiate, and close complex deals to win market share.
