Our Electricity Networks team deliver street lighting, P2P and new connections maintenance on the Victorian Electricity Distribution network. Our work is meaningful and ensures the community can continue to operate and thrive successfully every day.

With the above in mind, we are searching for a **Program & Performance Manager** to provide and oversee critical performance arrangements for our OMSA contract.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Contract Director, this newly created opportunity forms part of the OMSA leadership team and collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The position will focus on works planning and the productivity of our field crews, working closely with site management, the Program Manager and our planning teams. As a detail orientated people leader, your transparent nature and client relationship building skills will ensure a cohesive and efficient environment, whilst maintaining our reputation as a trusted delivery partner.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in the planning and resourcing of a highly mobile workforce, preferably within large and complex organisations.
- The ability to manage a program of works leveraging various teams and stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.
- Complimentary leadership/management qualifications (advantageous).
- Project Management experience, including cost management and budgeting exposure, subcontractor management etc.
