About the Role
Food is a key part of our daily life and Goodman Fielder plays an essential role in providing high-quality fresh food to our customers and consumers. We are constantly growing and investing in our people, resources and capability. We are searching for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to become an integral member of our Food Service, Field Sales team.
In this role, you will focus on developing new and existing business relationships with the Indian food service market with distributors, and wholesalers, while using market knowledge and insights to effectively increase the market share of GF brands within the Indian Food Category.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Indian supermarkets/wholesalers/restaurants/distributors in an agreed call cycle covering the Sydney metropolitan areas as well as some regional areas
- Maximising sales and expanding market share while building relationships with clients
- Overseeing the arrangement of stock and assembling promotional displays so that products are maximising sales potential
- Willing to expand your product knowledge of our extensive brand and ranges to effectively increase market share within the Indian food category
- Monitor and gain distribution into independently owned stores

About You
- Bilingual - Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali or any other South Asian languages to work with the target market
- Sales or Merchandising experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role with the confidence to build lasting relationships
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry; with a work history that involves communication with Indian supermarkets / independent will be at an advantage
- Excellent time management and professional presentation
- Current Driver's Licence
