InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.

**About you:
You have built up your recruitment experience working in either an agency environment or within an inhouse team and are comfortable working in a high volume and fast paced environment. You are highly organised, have strong attention to detail and are passionate about finding the right fit for the organisation. You are an out of the box thinker when it comes to talent sourcing and attraction and are keen to build your strategic thinking. At the same time you know successful talent acquisition is about hard work and persistence and you can clearly demonstrate both.

**About the role:
Working within a small inhouse and highly experiences Talent Acquisition team you will work alongside and be mentored by your colleagues. You will partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that will best build strong pipelines. Your portfolio will include a mix of blue and white collar roles. We are still embedding our internal talent acquisition model and you will play a key role in strategic initiatives that are a part of this.
