As a leading experiential & digital events agency in Australia, we're seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in digital and interactive storytelling, who has a love of AR, VR, and wants to be in the forefront of the future of digital integration of events, in creating captivating and immersive experiences.

**You'll**:

- Take responsibility for the strategic direction of our clients
- Act as a trusted partner, driving collaboration across our team to strive for the best outcomes and solutions for clients
- Integrate additional service offerings into new and existing accounts by proactively identifying where specific needs lie
- Manage and grow the digital side and key accounts on a day-to-day basis
- Write proposals, strategies, and briefs that inspire great work, provide strategic direction, and meet client business/marketing objectives
- Be involved in planning, forecasting, and developing client plans
- Work with production and creative teams to develop concepts for projects and ensure integration and production feasibility
- Train, support, and mentor the greater account team and inspire creative thinking and outcomes
- Explore and lead new business opportunities
- Continuously proactively grow the accounts and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.
