**Job Summary**:
The Guest Experience Event Manager will play a vital role in providing an exceptional guest experience at The FRIENDS Experience and managing a team of dedicated guest experience cast members. This role requires active engagement with guests, operation of the box office, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the venue, as well as liaising with internal management to coordinate rostering, payroll, maintenance and reporting.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand and implement quality control techniques relating to the experience.
- Will work under mínimal supervision to provide leadership to a team of people.
- Ability to assist in effectively training and guiding new and continuing staff to achieve success in working at the experience.
- High level administration and communication skills.
- As a secondary responsibility, must have the ability to assist experience staff where necessary including conversing with patrons of experience, managing large crowds, operating the box office, assist with ticket purchases, answer enquiries, and handle any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized venue.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints, escalating to internal upper management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the internal upper management.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for the TV show Friends and strong knowledge of Friends trivia.
- Ability to maintain an active and energetic attitude throughout shifts.
- Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role would be advantageous.
- Proactive, friendly, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one is preferable.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work during event hours, which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:
The role requires continuous movement throughout the venue, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items during shifts. The role may require the operation of cleaning and other equipment.
