LDK Greenway Views are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. Working alongside the Resident Services Manager this exciting role provides services to residents since the support for new residents or respites in the move-in process, ensuring a high standard of service and supporting the activities or the concierge service at Greenway Views.

As the Resident Services Coordinator - your days will be spent:

- Coordinating admissions using the current move-in processes, for new residents and respites
- Supporting the resident/respite move in process to ensure apartment/s are ready and set up for new admissions
- Assisting residents and families during internal transfers, when required
- Completing appropriate administration duties including ongoing updating of resident register/transfers in all Village systems & the upkeep of carpark allocations and signage
- Ensure the storerooms, including weekly stocktaking and grocery ordering
- Responsible for the upkeep of the Linen storeroom, including coordinating weekly linen orders, linen rejections, and stocktake
- Ensuring all service delivery to our residents and their families is of a high standard
- Submit monthly reporting
- Assisting in the Village as requested.
- Supporting and delivering the independent Lifestyle and Activities Program
- Supporting the Reception Concierge team as required

**About You**
- Current Driver's Licence
- Sound knowledge with minimum 3 years’ experience in office support and administration
- Experience coordinating & evaluating group & individual programs
- Competent documentation and computer skills
- Experience in handling confidential material
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and the ability to be flexible as part of a busy, hands-on team
- Excellent customer service
- High communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to liaise with internal and external clients
- A genuine passion in making a difference in the lives of the elderly and their lifestyle
- Adaptable and resilient
- An approachable & caring demeanor

Please note that, although the work hours for this position are primarily during standard business hours, this position may require for work hours to be changed to accommodate business needs.
