**To join us, you’ll need**:
- A minimum ACECQA-approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- Proficiency in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Demonstrated experience in the early childhood sector, focusing on children aged 0-5 years
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Certification in First Aid
- Teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit
