**Are You the One?**

- A minimum ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood services (with children aged 0-5)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess
- A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
