We need someone with eye for detail and quality, to ensure our work meets the highest operational and safety standards.

**Here’s the stuff you need for this role**:
Experience in commercial construction

Be organised, be on time and be a good planner

Be flexible and resilient - when problems happen, know how to deal with it and adapt quickly

Be sharp, minimise risk and know how to report on it

Be self-motivated and able to manage work unsupervised

Be a people-person and able to create great relationships with suppliers and clients

Be a pro at interpreting plans, diagrams and drawings

Drivers’ license

White card

Ability to obtain Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations
- **Other stuff that will give you a big head-start**:
Trade license and Cert 3, 4 or Diploma in Construction

Horticultural knowledge and understanding of plant species and quality.

Be competent with irrigation systems - know how to plan, install and trouble-shoot problems

Experience with producing daily pre-starts, updating SWMS, managing ITPs.

Landscaping experience with set out and installation of landscaping elements and construction builds.
- Elevated Work Platform and Ropes certifications are highly regarded for this role
