**About the Company**
Talent is partnering with a highly reputable, growing private hospital provider to source an IT Coordinator to work on site at their Sydney Metropolitan hospitals.
**About the Role**
Our client is currently seeking an IT Coordinator to provide Level 2-3 support onsite to hospital staff in regard to EUC issues. They are looking for someone who, beyond technical skills, has great communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate technical resolutions to a wide range of non-technical and technical stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
**Essential Requirements**
- 3+ years' experience in a customer facing role
- Strong knowledge around desktop and server operating systems, networked environments, telephony systems and cloud
- Experience coordinating small projects highly desirable
- Level 2-3 support across:
- Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office365
- Video conferencing tools
- IP Based PBX systems
- iOS and Android mobile devices and MDM solutions
