The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Projects team, aiding Project Managers in overseeing specific project elements and supporting the overall project management team. This role requires meticulous organisation and planning of assigned tasks, emphasising administrative duties to enhance project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative assistance to pertinent Project Managers, encompassing taking of minutes, programs, cost reports, and all facets related to project delivery.
- Collaborate with consultants and builders, obtaining approvals for seamless project commissioning.
- Contribute to project development, renovation, and refurbishment with a focus on quality and budget.
- Assist Project Managers with construction contracts, ensuring positive relationships with contractors.
- Monitor and code budget and capex invoicing.
- Support timely execution of recovery invoicing for efficient billing processes.
