**Job Description**:
**Could you be our next Equipment Development Manager?**
Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Development Manager at McDonald's and lead the charge in launching equipment and new models that meet both McDonald's global standards and Australian/New Zealand regulations. You'll take the reins in managing vital relationships with suppliers, distributors, corporate partners, and licensees, while also offering expert engineering insights and approvals for diverse projects across the McDonald's ANZ landscape. Collaborating closely with Workplace Safety, operations, technical services, you'll ensure seamless project management. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and excellence within the McDonald's brand. **What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Providing a conduit of information and practical solutions to departments relating to issues with equipment, spare parts, supply, design, and safety hazards
- Monitoring and managing equipment and parts supply in conjunction with our kitchen equipment supplier
- Engaging with key equipment manufacturers to plan, problem solve operational issues and executing and projects
- Working closely with the global team to ensure plans and knowledge are shared for desired outcomes
- Attending meetings to discuss identified safety hazards and procedure changes that may be required as a result
- Communicating and updating procedures as new policies and information is updated
**Qualifications**:
**Your keys to success**:
- An Engineering degree
- Previous experience in an Engineering role or similar is essential
- Intrinsic drive and self-motivation to consistently achieve high-quality results
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally
- Great at building strong relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment
