**Production Operator**

Production Operators Wanted

We are currently seeking motivated, hands-on workers for our Northgate site. Join our team providing reinforcing steel mesh, bar and associated products to customers, and get involved in a variety of stores and production tasks to keep our busy operation running to capacity.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who is seeking a rewarding career within the steel industry.

Regular day shifts that fit in with family life and other commitments. Some overtime required.

**What you'll be doing**
- Operating production machinery and equipment with precision and care
- Cut and bend reinforcing steel
- Bundle and load reinforcing steel onto trucks
- Weld reinforcing steel structures together (training provided)
- Supporting your team to meet targets and keep things running smoothly

**What you'll bring**
- Experience in a production environment using machinery
- Experience in metal production or reinforcing steel is desirable but not essential
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Physical fitness, reliability and a can-do attitude
- Forklift licence and welding experience (an advantage)
