**About the Role**

We have a great opportunity for a** Production Operator**to join Mauri's Moorooka team in Brisbane. Working under the Production Manager, you will be part of the effective and safe running of the packing hall, and any associated processes; ensuring we are delivering on customer quality compliance and operating in a cost effective & timely manner.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Ensuring that product is produced in a safe, timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
- Operating semi-automated packing machinery
- Ensuring all products are within specifications
- Supporting cleaning and maintenance programs for all site equipment
- Recording production data and following SOPs

**About You**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude
- Strong commitment to a safe working environment
- Ability to work as part of a team across departments
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (BRC)
