As a Production Operator the Packaging Department, you will work with a small crew to ensure we deliver on our vision to bring enjoyment and connection to everyday moments in life.

**Please note**: These roles will require flexibility to work on a 24/7 or 24/5, rotating 12-hour day/night roster.

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues, including the use of correct PPE and reporting of safety incident/injuries
- Support the day-to-day production schedule to achieve performance targets
- Participate in and/or use problem solving tools such as 5 WHYs to identify and eliminate root cause where issues arise
- Adapt to site needs, completing production and process work as required

**About You**
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment preferably within an FMCG, Manufacturing or Logistics/Supply Chain operation.
- Experience in the food/beverage industry will be highly regarded, particularly brewing experience and/or formal IBD brewing qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in either mechanical or electrical engineering (highly desirable)
- Current forklift licence
- A passion for safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that your entire team is operating in a safe manner and following processes
- An ability to work on repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and focus on quality
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to change, along with the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
