We're on the lookout for hands-on, fast-moving
Production Operators
to join our high-energy
bakery
team at
Capalaba
, helping deliver fresh bread for our garlic bread production lines.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for staging, wrapping and quality checking of product to ensure efficient production processes, with fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination.

Rosters

  • Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
  • Sunday - Thursday (12:00am - 8:00am)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Wrapping, staging & quality checking our bread
  • Keeping up with fast paced conveyor work
  • Operating crate stackers, pallet wrappers, dollys & metal detectors
  • Manual handling & repetitive tasks - this is an active role

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A safety mindset and a team spirit
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Manufacturing, warehousing or food processing experience is a bonus
  • Own car and license
